ShanBau is a sole proprietorship in Leipzig, owned by Ruslan Shaniuk. We are a team of two, father and son, with our own van. The person who gives you the price is also the person who turns up and carries. No subcontractors, no call centre.

To be clear about languages: we arrange everything in English in writing. In person we are most at home in German, Russian and Ukrainian.

We have no goods insurance (Güterversicherung), and we say so before you book. We are liable for damage we cause within the statutory limits. For very valuable items, a removal company with insurance cover is the better choice.
