Questions about prices

What does a move in Leipzig cost?

The package «2 movers + van, 3 hours» costs 289 €. A single moving helper is 25 €/hr per person, a driver with a van 30 €/hr. For a two-room flat expect from 470 €, for a three-room flat from 930 €.

Are these fixed prices?

The list shows guide prices. We give a fixed price after two or three photos or a free visit. It is set before the work starts and does not change afterwards.

Are materials included?

No, the figures are labour only. Paint, laminate, dowels, boxes and disposal fees come on top. We say in advance what to expect and can buy the materials for you.

What does the trip cost?

There is no travel charge within 50 km of Leipzig. For longer distances we quote one total price from your photos, travel included.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes, itemised — suitable for an employer, a tax return or the Jobcenter.

Does ShanBau carry out electrical and plumbing work itself?

We take on the whole job, but those parts are carried out by a licensed specialist firm that we engage and coordinate. On existing connections we handle small jobs ourselves: hanging a light, swapping a tap, renewing a silicone seal.
