Looking for a clearance firm near you? We are a small business from Leipzig, Gießerstraße — within the city we charge no travel, and we usually have a slot free within two or three days.
Why distance sets the price for a clearance
A clearance is not an appointment but half a day or a full day of work with a van. Every run between your flat and the disposal site costs time, and with a full flat that is rarely fewer than two or three runs. If the firm sits 60 kilometres away, you pay for those kilometres — openly as a travel charge or hidden in the price per cubic metre.
We are based on Gießerstraße in Leipzig-Plagwitz. Within the city we charge no travel; outside we charge openly by the kilometre — €1/km, with no return trip and no empty runs. That is why, for a clearance, the firm from your own town is almost always the better choice.
Where we clear
Our core area is Leipzig with all its districts. We are regularly in Plagwitz, Lindenau, Connewitz, Schleußig, Gohlis, Grünau, Reudnitz, Stötteritz, in the Südvorstadt and the centre — and just as often in Paunsdorf, Mockau, Eutritzsch, Leutzsch or Probstheida.
Outside the city we go into the surrounding area: Markkleeberg, Taucha, Schkeuditz, Borna, Grimma, Wurzen, Delitzsch and Halle an der Saale. There travel by the kilometre is added; the rest of the bill stays the same.

What a clearance nearby costs
We charge by floor area or by volume — whichever is the fairer measure for your case. A normally furnished flat comes to €20–40/m² of floor area. If there is little inside, we prefer to charge by cubic metre: €40/m³ for bulky waste, €30–60/m³ for building rubble.
We give the price beforehand and keep to it. All we need is a few photos on WhatsApp — hallway, every room, cellar. If you would rather show than photograph: a visit on site is free and takes a quarter of an hour.
Fourth floor without a lift (+€4–5/floor), narrow staircases, a van that cannot get to the door, and electrical appliances that have to be disposed of separately (from €20). Tell us beforehand — then the price is set and does not change on clearance day.
How quickly we can be there
With a clearance time is usually short: the flat has to be out by month-end, the next tenant is waiting, the sale has been signed. Because we come from Leipzig and have no long journeys, we manage short-notice appointments better than a firm travelling from Dresden or Halle.
Cellar in a block of flats
Bikes, paint tins, old shelving. Quote from photos the same day, cleared the following week.

After moving out: furniture, carpets, kitchen, residual waste. Handed over broom-clean to the property manager.

Hazardous waste belongs at the city’s collection point for pollutants, not on our van — that is not convenience but regulation. At the visit we tell you which items are affected and where in Leipzig they are taken free of charge.
Leipzig’s municipal cleaning service collects bulky waste by appointment, and that costs considerably less than a firm. The catch: you need a slot, you have to carry everything down yourself, and only certain quantities and items may be put out. If the flat has to be empty by month-end, or nobody can carry, our option pays off.
