Moving in Leipzig – we do the heavy part
We dismantle the furniture, carry it down, load, drive and put everything back together at the new address. Own van, own tools, and a price you know before we start.
We speak German, Russian and Ukrainian. Written English on WhatsApp works perfectly — send your request as a message and we will reply.
The full move, or just the muscle
A move is rarely just a drive from A to B. Usually a whole working day hangs on it: taking wardrobes apart, carrying boxes down the narrow staircase of an old building, loading the van so nothing shifts, then putting it all back in the right room at the other end. That is the part we take over. We have been doing this in Leipzig for more than ten years, so we know what an Altbau in Plagwitz with a spiral staircase means in practice, and what a fourth floor without a lift really costs in time.
You decide how much to hand over. Some customers only need two strong people for two hours of loading because the van is already outside. Others hand over the whole move — from taking the kitchen apart to disposing of the old wall unit that is not coming along. Both are normal, and both get a price in advance rather than an invoice based on however long it took.
- Loading and unloading, own van
- Dismantling furniture and reassembling it at the new address
- Carrying boxes — including floors without a lift
- Single items: sofa, washing machine, fridge, wardrobe
- Old furniture and bulky waste leave on the same trip
- Boxes placed in the right rooms, not dumped in the hallway
How far we drive
We work across Leipzig and the surrounding area every day. Markkleeberg, Schkeuditz, Taucha, Markranstädt, Zwenkau, Böhlen and Halle (Saale) are normal territory — no travel surcharge, and the move fits into one day.
For long-distance moves we drive anywhere in Germany, and abroad by arrangement. Dresden, Berlin, Erfurt or Munich are no problem. On longer routes we plan the day so that loading, driving and unloading run in one go and your belongings do not spend the night in the van. We charge transparently by distance and time instead of a flat package that turns out to be missing something.
- Leipzig and up to 50 km around — standard area
- Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Thuringia — same-day trips
- Anywhere in Germany by arrangement
- Part loads when only a few items are travelling
What a move costs
We do not have one price for „a move“, because no two moves are alike. What matters is volume, floor, lift, distance and whether furniture has to come apart. So we do it the other way round: you send a few photos of the flat on WhatsApp, or we come round free of charge and look at it ourselves. Then we name a price — and that price holds.
What you will not get from us: a comfortable number on the phone and a top-up on moving day once your things are already in the van. If something on site really does turn out differently, we say so before we start, not afterwards.
